To build a comfortable and environmentally friendly quarter in the heart of such an aggressive metropolis as Moscow is almost impossible, but the Barkley company was going to do just that. In the development of the concept of positioning, name, identity, and communication design, I started with the concept of Wellness as a standard of normal life at the city center.

The Shell name immediately pulled everything else with it: the pearl of Moscow's urban life, under the reliable protection of a well-thought-out infrastructure, wise architecture, and quality construction.
The design solution combines the features of eco-friendly typical Scandinavian design and luxury elements, which are still important to the Moscow consumer :).
